Account Manager – Personal Lines Service and Retention Team- Work in office, fully remote or hybrid!

If you’re an experienced CSR with a strong grasp of sales that can provide world-class customer service in your sleep – we want you on our team.

What you’ll do

As part of our Service and Retention team, you’ll be supporting and helping to retain our existing clients with your passion for providing exceptional customer service and bringing the WOW factor to everything you do. And of course, you know that every interaction with a customer is an opportunity to better meet their needs. Yes, this means up-selling, but not in a pushy way. More in a “how else can I help you today” way.

As a Personal Lines CSR, you’ll work with our customers via phone, chat, email and text to answer questions, make policy changes, review renewals, cross-sell, update files, assist with billing changes and a bunch of other stuff we can’t think of right now.

  • Driving customer value with cross-sell/up-sell opportunities or churn prevention techniques
  • Keeping organized while dealing with information/requests coming from different sources
  • Strong listening and critical thinking skills with an eye for detail
  • Staying positive and thriving under pressure

Your qualifications

You’ve worked as a CSR at an insurance brokerage for at least two years, have your R.I.B.O. license and absolutely love boring your friends with your deep knowledge of Personal Lines products.
