Job Description

  • Support the customer service and sales team in providing customer service excellence
  • Administrative support and processing of coverage and policy changes into the insurance company websites
  • Accurate and timely completion of all required assignments
  • Create, co-ordinate and follow-up on supporting documents
  • Thorough policy reviews
  • Insure accurate risk selection and adhere to underwriting criteria
  • Maintain customer centric approach while assisting team in attaing all performance targets
  • Administrative support of the business

Qualifications and Attributes

  • Fully embrace technology, Microsoft Office a must
  • Exceptional organization and time management skills are necessary to be successful in this role
