I've had the pleasure of dealing with both Sandi and Nicole and they did everything to make it so easy to deal with my insurance needs! When I was quoted something WAY out of my price range, Sandi worked to find me something affordable. They are very prompt in responding and highly professional. She was personable and very knowledgeable when answering our questions concerning changes and additions to our policies.
Andrea in admin, was very quick in organizing and communicating with us and making sure we understood all aspects of our new policies.
Dealing with M&W was a breath of fresh air compared to dealing with companies directly.

I sent Nicole an email asking if she can help me make some changes to a new policy I stated. Not only did she come through for me, she did it within a few hours of receiving my email on a day she was off work! That speaks volumes to the personal touch Nicole offers.

It’s nice knowing I have a broker I can proudly recommend to my Family and friends. For me, it’s the little things that make a big difference.
