What You’ll Do

As a Sales Assistant at Mitchell & Whale, you’ll manage different clerical tasks and help our Sales Brokers onboard new clients. This role will give you the opportunity to learn new skills, grow your career and have fun doing it!

What You’re Amazing At

  • Providing administrative support to various Sales Brokers
  • Working with customers to gather necessary documentation
  • Building strong, trusting relationships with teammates and customers
  • Being highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
  • Helping out with other duties as required

Your qualifications

  • Previous administrative experience in an office setting
  • Proficient in MS Office, email and phone systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with an aptitude to problem solve and be resourceful
  • Flexibility to assist with different responsibilities
