If you’re an experienced Bookkeeper that can manage day-to-day financial activities and balance books in your sleep – we want you on our team. This is a contract position with flexible hours but there is an opportunity for it to become a permanent full-time role.

What You’ll Do

We’re a fast-growing company where every day is going to be different. In this dynamic environment, you’ll report to our Controller and work collaboratively within our matrix structure to support our finance department.

Accuracy in bookkeeping is in your DNA and you’ll be responsible for maintaining and balancing customer, supplier and general ledger accounts. You’ll also generate and analyze reports to support the monitoring of budgets and provide recommendations on improving our accounting processes and systems.

You understand why it’s important for everyone to love what they do and believe in open and collaborative work environments where people feel valued, empowered and are encouraged to have fun.

Your Qualifications

You have a degree in finance or a related field and at least four years of experience in managing and balancing books and general accounting functions. You have exceptional MS Office skills and know Excel, in particular, like the back of your hand.

You’re a motivated self-starter that loves taking initiative and absolutely thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects. You’re also a critical thinker that’s detail oriented and has strong problem solving, project management and time management skills. And on top of all that, you have top-notch communication and active listening skills.
